Procedure to Obtain an Ector County Health Permit for a Business

  1. Contact a Sanitarian.

  2. An appointment will be made to bring a set of plans to the Health Department.

  3. A review of plans will be conducted in the office.

  4. An on site walk-thru of business will be scheduled.

  5. Client will pre-pay for Health Permit.

  6. With improvements completed, a final inspection will be conducted then a Health Permit will be issued.
